What people usually ask
The questions we hear most, answered in full — what it costs, where we deliver, what happens with an allergy, and how to change, pause or stop a plan.
How much does a package cost?+
Packages are priced by the day, and the rate depends on the package and how long it runs — a longer run usually costs less a day. Every package's page lists each length on offer with its daily rate and its total.
Do the prices include VAT?+
Yes. Every price shown includes 15% VAT and delivery. Nothing is added at checkout.
Which areas do you deliver to?+
Riyadh and Jeddah. The delivery areas page lists every district each kitchen covers, and when you enter your address while building a plan the map checks it against the exact area boundary.
Is the food halal?+
Yes. Everything the kitchen cooks is halal.
I am allergic to an ingredient+
You declare your allergies while building the plan. Dishes containing that ingredient become unavailable to you, and the kitchen sees the note with each dish.
Can I change my dishes after I subscribe?+
Yes, from your account. Each package sets how far ahead a delivery is locked for the kitchen; until then you can swap any dish on any day.
Can I pause the subscription?+
Yes. You can pause it or skip a day from your account, without calling anyone.
Can I cancel?+
Yes, from your account. Your remaining deliveries are cancelled and what you paid for them goes back the way it came. You can subscribe again whenever you like.
Which payment methods do you take?+
mada, Apple Pay and credit cards. Save a card for renewals or pay each time.
When does the order arrive?+
Delivery windows are not defined yet. You will pick yours while building the plan once they are set.
